1. Overview
All orders from Balance Blvd are currently fulfilled using a pre-order model. This means many items are made to order and will ship once production is complete. Please read this page carefully before placing your order.

2. Pre-Order Items
Most Balance Blvd drops are pre-order only. When you purchase a pre-order item:

You are reserving your size before production is complete.

Payment is taken at checkout to secure your piece.

Production + quality checks must be completed before your order ships.
Unless otherwise stated on the product page, pre-order items typically take:

3–6 weeks from the end of the pre-order window for production, processing, and packing

Plus carrier shipping time (see below)
Any specific estimated ship window will be listed on the product page (for example: “Ships late December” or “Ships 3–5 weeks after pre-order closes”).
3. Processing Times
Pre-Order Items

Production + processing: usually 3–6 weeks after the pre-order closes.

We will email you when your order ships with tracking details.
In-Stock Items (if/when available)

Processing time: 2–5 business days before your order is handed off to the carrier.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
4. Combined Orders (Pre-Order + In-Stock)
If your order contains both pre-order items and in-stock items:

By default, the order ships together when all items are ready.

If you want in-stock items shipped separately, please place two separate orders or email us at Balanceblvdd@gmail.com right after checkout. Additional shipping fees may apply for split shipments.
5. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and selected service.
United States

Standard shipping: usually 3–7 business days once handed to the carrier.
International (if enabled)

International shipping times vary by country, typically 7–21 business days once handed to the carrier.

Customs processing may cause additional delays beyond our control.
All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Please allow up to 48 hours after receiving your tracking number for updates to appear.

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your package, please check with your household, neighbors, and local post office or carrier first.
7. Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to an address that was entered incorrectly at checkout.

If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately at Balanceblvdd@gmail.com with your order number and correct address.

If the order has already shipped, we may not be able to make changes.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, you may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend it.
8. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed to the carrier, Balance Blvd is not responsible for:

Delays in transit

Lost packages

Stolen packages marked as “delivered”
In these cases, we recommend:

Filing a claim directly with the shipping carrier.

9. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
For international orders (if available):

Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees imposed by your country.

These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping costs and are the buyer’s responsibility.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
10. Changes & Cancellations
Because our drops run on a pre-order production schedule, we usually begin processing orders quickly.

We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after an order is placed.

If you need to request a change or cancellation, email Balanceblvdd@gmail.com with your order number as soon as possible.
Approved cancellations or changes are at the discretion of Balance Blvd and subject to our Refund & Return Policy.
